I play Lords Mobile by IGG on my Android device, and yesterday my account (ID: 1275786453) was suddenly muted without any explanation. No duration was provided, and I was never informed about why I was muted. As a result, I cannot send messages or participate in chat, which significantly affects my gameplay experience.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have made in-game purchases and contributed financially to the game. Despite this, my concerns have not been taken seriously. I contacted IGG customer service, but instead of resolving my issue, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude.
I demand a clear explanation of why my account was muted, the immediate removal of the mute, and a proper apology for the inconvenience caused. Paying players should not be treated with indifference, and any account action should at least come with a transparent reason.
