My Hotels.com Canceled Reservation Still Not Refunded

I am absolutely outraged with Hotels.com! My hotel reservation, which was confirmed as canceled on May 30th, still hasn't been refunded to my account. They're refusing to give me my money back, and it's infuriating! This is completely unacceptable.

Their "customer service" is a joke. They have a terrible system where you can't find a single human being to talk to. It's an endless loop of frustration, with no one to address my critical issue. I'd write even more about how terrible their support is, but the system clearly limits how much I can say, which just adds to my anger. This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid taking responsibility.

Hotels.com, you need to rectify this immediately. Process my full refund for the canceled reservation and return my money now! I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this blatant disregard for customer funds. Stop hiding behind your broken support system and provide a real way for customers to resolve critical issues like unrefunded cancellations. This is my money, and I demand it back!
