My Hotels.com Reservation Shows One Person But I Paid for Two

I am absolutely outraged with Hotels.com! I booked a hotel reservation for two people, and after completing the payment, the reservation inexplicably showed up for only one person. Yet, I was charged the full price for two people! This is a complete scam, and I'm beyond frustrated with this blatant error.

When I contacted Hotels.com about this, they had the audacity to demand an additional fee for a two-person reservation, even though I'd already paid for it! This is unacceptable. When I then tried to cancel the reservation, they told me they'd have to "consult with the hotel" regarding a refund. It's been three agonizing days, and I still haven't received a single response. They're clearly dragging their feet and hoping I'll just give up.

Hotels.com, you need to rectify this immediately. Either honor my original two-person reservation without any additional charges, or provide a full refund for the incorrect booking now! Your platform made a mistake, and I am being unfairly penalized. Stop the runaround and take responsibility for your errors. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating ordeal.
