I am absolutely enraged with Hotels.com! I canceled my hotel reservation within just one hour of booking it, and yet, I have received no refund! This is utterly unacceptable. It's impossible to reach a live person in customer service; all I get is a virtual assistant that robotically tells me no refund can be issued. This is infuriating. There's literally no phone number to speak to a real human being.

This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a blatant theft of my money. I acted promptly to cancel, well within any reasonable cancellation window, and Hotels.com is just holding onto my funds without cause. The complete lack of accessible customer support is a disgrace for such a large company. They've made it impossible to get a straight answer or a resolution.

Hotels.com, you need to rectify this immediately. Process my full refund for the canceled reservation now! I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating ordeal. Stop hiding behind virtual assistants and provide a real way for customers to resolve critical issues like unrefunded cancellations.
