Hotels.com Kept My Refund for Two Rooms

I am absolutely outraged with Hotels.com! On June 18, 2025, I made reservation number 73144075831823 for three rooms. I immediately realized the date was wrong and tried to cancel. To my disbelief, only one room was refunded, but Hotels.com refused to refund the other two! Their "help service" sent me a message saying a refund couldn't be processed for them. This is completely unacceptable! Why are refunds handled room by room when I booked all three rooms under a single reservation?

Their "help service" inexplicably processed the cancellation for two rooms as non-refundable, effectively stealing my money. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare, and I will never use Hotels.com for vacation or hotel bookings ever again. It's impossible to reach anyone beyond a text-based "help service," and my issue remains completely unresolved.

Hotels.com, you need to fix this immediately. Refund my money for the two rooms you unjustly held onto. Explain why your system allowed a partial refund and then blocked the rest, despite the entire booking being canceled due to your platform's clunky process. Stop making it impossible to get real support.
