Hotels.com Charged Extra for Date Change and Made Cancellation Impossible

Hello everyone, I feel completely disappointed with the Hotels.com website. I booked a room, but then I realized the dates were different from what I had selected. When I tried to change the dates, they asked for an additional $150, which I find unreasonable for a simple date adjustment. I even double-checked my booking details to ensure I hadn't made a mistake, but the system seems to have confirmed the wrong dates. I then wanted to cancel my booking, but it seems impossible to do so through the website, as the cancellation process is not user-friendly. I also tried reaching them via phone, but they didn’t respond, leaving me feeling helpless. At this point, I feel Hotels.com lacks proper customer support for resolving these kinds of issues. I’m very disappointed and hope Hotels.com can resolve my issue.
