Hotels.com Charged Me Without Showing the Card Screen

I made a reservation through Hotels.com, expecting to pay in installments, but instead, the full amount was charged in one transaction. Realizing this mistake within five minutes, I immediately canceled the booking, assuming I would receive a refund. However, I have yet to receive any response or confirmation.
I have tried multiple times to reach customer support, but it is impossible to speak with a real representative. There is no live customer service, just automated responses that do not solve the issue. This is completely unacceptable.
I demand an immediate refund and expect Hotels.com to provide real customer support instead of forcing customers to deal with bots that don’t help.
