I accidentally made a reservation on Hotels.com for the wrong date and urgently need to change it. But every time I try to contact customer service, the phone number listed doesn’t work, and the system keeps redirecting me to a virtual assistant that gives irrelevant or incorrect answers.
I’ve been left completely stuck with no real human support and no way to fix a simple mistake. This isn’t a minor inconvenience—I’m now at risk of losing money over a date error that should be easy to resolve with proper assistance.
Hotels.com, I need you to contact me immediately, correct the reservation date, and stop making your users rely on useless bots. This platform should help travelers—not trap them.
