The withdrawal transactions are always stuck in a pending/on hold state. Despite forking over a $15 network fee for a blockchain that's supposed to complete transfers in 3 minutes, we're still unable to move our $5,000 worth of coins to another exchange, even after paying an additional $10 fee.
