On July 31, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of 0.004850 BTC from Freebitco.in and paid a transaction fee of about 0.00000170 BTC. However, even after 9 days, the transfer has still not been completed, and my transaction remains in a “pending” status.
During this period, I contacted customer support by email, but I have not received any response. This is very disappointing, especially since I have never experienced such a problem before. This is the first time I am facing such a long delay on this platform.
I demand that my withdrawal request be approved immediately and the BTC transferred to my account without further delay. At the very least, I expect clear communication on why the transfer has been held up. If the withdrawal cannot be processed, then a full refund of the requested amount must be provided. This issue needs to be resolved as quickly as possible, as customers should not be left waiting indefinitely without answers.
