Hotbit Users Still Can’t Access Funds After Exchange Shutdown

I have been unable to access my 5,000,000 IODT coins held on the Hotbit exchange since 2023. After the exchange shut down, I completely lost the ability to withdraw the assets in my account, and I have been unable to recover my coins ever since.

I have not been able to find any official communication channel to contact Hotbit regarding this issue, so my situation remains unresolved. Being unable to access these coins that I accumulated through long-term effort has put me under serious financial and emotional strain.

I request that the 5,000,000 IODT coins in my account be returned to me and that the harm I have suffered be remedied.
