Such limits can result from a variety of circumstances, such as recent password resets or changes to your withdrawal whitelist.

For example, withdrawals are routinely banned for 72 hours following a password reset as a security precaution. Similarly, adding or deactivating a whitelist address may result in a 48-hour withdrawal suspension.

To resolve this issue, contact HitBTC's customer service right away. You can create a ticket through their Support Center.

In your support ticket, include detailed information about your account and the exact problems you're experiencing. Clearly explain the circumstances that led to the withdrawal restriction, as well as any relevant transaction details.

Contact [email protected] for general queries, and [email protected] for legal problems. HitBTC also provides a Telegram channel for support.

While waiting for a response, make sure you've completed all necessary verification steps, such as Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, which are frequently required for withdrawal access reinstatement.

Your voice matters. If the issue persists, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to make a difference.
