Pi Network Wallet Transfer Fails with KYC Error

I'm experiencing a serious issue while trying to transfer my Pi Network coins to my wallet. Every time I attempt the transfer, I get a KYC verification error. Despite repeatedly trying to complete the process, the same problem occurs over and over again.

After the error, the page freezes and becomes unresponsive. Even though it says the process will take 30 minutes, when I exit and try again, it just resets and the same issue repeats. I haven’t been able to transfer my Pi coins into my wallet at all.

This has become extremely frustrating. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. Users deserve a functional and reliable wallet experience—especially when it involves digital assets.
