Just got scammed on Cash App, trying to buy concert tickets. How can I dispute?

You can dispute it if you were the victim of fraud when attempting to buy concert tickets on Cash App or if you discovered an unauthorized transaction:

• Go through your Cash App activity and choose the disputed transaction. In the upper right corner, select "Need Help & Cash App Support," then tap the three dots (...). Next, choose "Dispute this Transaction"

• As an alternative, you can get help resolving the dispute over the phone by calling Cash App Support if you're experiencing issues with the in-app form. The Cash App team will send you an email to follow up after you submit the form.

• Unauthorized credit card transactions that have been completed, duplicate transactions, inaccurate amounts, transactions in which you have not received goods or services, and recurring charges following subscription cancellation are all subject to dispute.

• Recall that you can only contest a transaction after it has been completed and recorded on your monthly statement. Until a transaction is marked as completed, which typically occurs within 10 business days, it cannot be contested. It is imperative that transactions be contested within 60 days of their appearance on the monthly statement.

• Consider getting in touch with the retailer first before filing a dispute because they might be able to handle things quickly.
