On March 19, two separate charges of $0.50 each were taken from my Cash App account, and later, a further charge of $29.99 was debited by Hint America Inc. I only discovered these transactions when I checked my Cash App activity and then searched the name online to understand who this company is and why they charged me. I have never knowingly interacted with Hint America Inc., never signed up for any free trial, and never authorized them to charge my Cash App in any way. I live in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States, and I am very concerned that my payment details have been used without my permission. These charges are clearly unauthorized from my side, and I did not receive any product, service, or benefit in return. I kindly request that all of these unauthorized charges ($0.50 + $0.50 + $29.99) be fully refunded, that any possible subscription or recurring payment linked to Hint America Inc. through my Cash App be immediately canceled, and that any future payments to this merchant be blocked. I also ask that this situation be investigated, as I do not want any further unauthorized deductions from my account.
