Cash App Took $29.99 From My Account and Won’t Refund It

I recently discovered that a subscription connected to the Amer Cash App has taken money from my personal account without my clear consent. On 03/16/2026, an amount of $29.99 was withdrawn, and on my bank statement, the charge appears under the name “Gaynell Frazier.” I did not knowingly authorize this subscription, and I do not wish to continue it. After noticing the charge, I contacted the company to request cancellation of the subscription and a refund of the $29.99, but I have not received any response from them. I request that this unwanted subscription be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are taken from my account, and that the amount of $29.99 withdrawn on 03/16/2026 be refunded to me as soon as possible.
