Hint America Inc Unauthorized Cash App Charge

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges attempted by Hint America Inc on my Cash App account. I had only agreed to a 50-cent offer, and at no point was it clearly stated or explained that I would be charged $29.99. Despite this, on March 8th, $29.99 was taken from my Cash App account without my permission. After that first charge, I blocked Hint America Inc in order to prevent any further withdrawals. However, they have continued to repeatedly attempt to charge $29.99 from my Cash App over the last few months, even though I did not authorize any subscription or recurring payment. I have already reached out about this issue, but the problem has not been resolved and the repeated charge attempts are still ongoing. I request that the unauthorized $29.99 taken on March 8th be fully refunded to my Cash App account and that any recurring or future billing related to this 50-cent deal be permanently cancelled. I would like written confirmation that no further charges or charge attempts will be made. I expect this situation to be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible, and I look forward to a prompt response regarding the refund and cancellation of any subscription that may have been created without my clear consent.
