I am writing regarding an unauthorized online purchase processed by America Wirelab Inc in the amount of 29.99 USD, paid via Cash App Pay. The transaction was made on Thursday without my knowledge or consent and appears in my Cash App Pay history with the payment identifier #RCE8KV5ZG. I did not approve, authorize, or recognize this transaction, nor did I receive or request any product or service corresponding to this payment. At this time I have not yet been able to resolve this directly with America Wirelab Inc or with Cash App support. I request a full refund of the 29.99 USD charged in this unauthorized transaction, immediate cancellation or reversal of any related services or orders, the blocking of any future charges from America Wirelab Inc to my payment method without my explicit consent, and written confirmation that this has been done.
