I Need Cash App to Refund and Block Fraudulent Hint America Inc. Charges

On March 20, 2026, at 10:28 p.m. and again on April 17, 2026 at 10:28 p.m., two separate charges of $29.99 were taken directly from my Cash App card ending in 9061, with the description “Clayton Lane / Hint America Inc.” I have never visited this company’s site, never filled out any form, and never knowingly subscribed to any service from this merchant. These charges are completely unauthorized and unknown to me. I discovered that a total of $59.98 was missing from my funds on April 23, 2026, when my payment for gas at a store was declined. After checking my Cash App activity, I saw these two $29.99 subscription‑type charges, which I did not consent to in any way. I contacted Cash App and the related merchant and stated clearly that I did not sign up for any subscription and that these payments were taken without my knowledge or authorization. I requested that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my Cash App card be cancelled immediately and that this company be blocked permanently so no further charges can be made. I am requesting a full refund of both unauthorized $29.99 charges, a written confirmation that any subscription associated with my details has been cancelled, and confirmation that the merchant and any future similar attempts will be blocked from charging my Cash App card again.
