Complaint For Unauthorized Hint America Inc. Charges

I live in Maryville, TN, USA and recently noticed unauthorized charges on my Cash App account from “Hint America, Inc.” related to the Soulmate Sketch service. On April 4th, a charge of $0.50 was taken, and on Saturday, April 11th, a charge of $29.99 appeared as pending. I did not intend to purchase this service and do not want it. I briefly visited the Soulmate Sketch website for less than five minutes and then decided not to continue, so I left the site. I did not knowingly confirm any payment or subscription. Despite this, charges were made to my Cash App account without my clear consent. I contacted Cash App, and they informed me that they can open a dispute for the $0.50 charge, but they cannot yet dispute the $29.99 because it is still pending. I am requesting that Hint America immediately refund the $0.50 that was already taken and cancel or delete the pending $29.99 charge so that it does not go through. I also want confirmation that my information will be removed and that no future deductions or recurring charges will be made from my account. I kindly ask you to review this situation urgently, stop any current or future charges, and confirm the cancellation of any service or subscription that may have been created without my clear approval.
