I am submitting this complaint regarding unexpected charges taken from my Cash App account by Hint America Inc. for an astrology site. In early February, I briefly interacted with or started to sign up for their astrology service out of curiosity, but I changed my mind and did not wish to proceed or receive any paid service. Despite this, I was charged $29.99 in February and again $29.99 in March from my Cash App account for this astrology site. I did not receive any readings, content, or actual services in return for these payments, and I did not knowingly approve or agree to an ongoing paid subscription. I request a full refund of the charges for February and March and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or billing related to my name, account, or Cash App details. I also want all future payments and automatic withdrawals to Hint America Inc. to be stopped permanently. I expect these issues to be resolved promptly and in full.
