Cancel MyIQ Subscription and Refund $30 Unauthorized Charge

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my Cash App card under the name “myiq,” even though I have never visited your website, never created an account with you, and never permitted you to charge my card. My Cash App card was locked at the time, yet these transactions still appeared. First, there were two separate charges of $0.50 within about an hour of each other, and a few days later, a $30 charge from “myiq” showed up as pending. The payment identifier for this transaction is 6GKOAX846. I contacted Cash App support, but they informed me that they cannot take any action while the $30 charge is still in pending status and that the transaction has to show as completed before they can move forward. In the meantime, this money is being held from me for something I did not authorize or knowingly agree to, from a company I do not recognize and have never used. I am requesting that you immediately refund every cent that has been taken from my card, including the $30 and the earlier $0.50 charges, and that you cancel and remove any account or subscription that might be linked to my card details without my consent. Thirty dollars may not seem like a large amount to you, but it is a significant amount of money to me, and I need it back. I also ask that you confirm that there will be no further charges to my card from “myiq” in the future.
