I recently noticed a charge of $29.99 taken from my Cash App account in the United States, and the merchant name on the transaction appears as “My IQ.” I did not knowingly sign up for or use any product, test, game, or subscription from this company, and I do not understand why this amount was taken from my account. I did not intend to authorize any payment to My IQ and only realized the charge after seeing it in my Cash App activity. I have not yet contacted My IQ or Cash App support about this specific transaction, but I am raising this complaint because I believe this charge is unauthorized. I request that the $29.99 taken from my Cash App be refunded to me and that any subscription, recurring payment, or service linked to my details be cancelled so that no further money is taken from my account without my clear and explicit consent.
