I Need a Refund From Hint for Unauthorized Cash App Charges

I was charged through Cash App for a service that I never properly received and that I clearly requested to be cancelled, yet I am still being billed. I paid for a one-time service where a woman, who presented herself as some kind of psychic or psychologist, was supposed to send me a picture or sketch of an alleged soulmate. I never received the sketch at all, and despite that, I have been charged $29.99 every month for approximately the last three months. When I realized these recurring charges, I requested that the service be cancelled and was informed that it would be. However, the $29.99 monthly charges have continued to appear on my account. I contacted my bank about these payments, but they told me there was nothing they could do about it, so the situation remains unresolved and the charges keep coming. I also checked my active subscriptions and I only have one legitimate subscription, so these $29.99 charges do not match anything I knowingly signed up for. I am requesting a full refund of all the monthly $29.99 charges that have been taken so far and an immediate cancellation of whatever recurring payment or subscription is causing them, so that no further charges are made to my account.
