My IQ Subscription Charge Appears After Trial Cancellation on Cash App

On 4/4, I used the My IQ website through Cash App and paid a $1.00 test fee. After that, I cancelled and received a notification stating that I would have access to review my test scores until 4/27. Despite this clear cancellation, on 4/6, I received a notification of a pending $29.99 charge labeled as “Purchase Cash App/My IQ.” I never agreed to any monthly subscription or recurring payment. If I had wanted a subscription, I would have signed up for one explicitly. The way this $29.99 charge appeared after a $1.00 test feels deceptive, as if a subscription was silently attached just to take an extra $30. I have already contacted My IQ customer service, but have not received any response so far. I request that the $29.99 pending charge be fully refunded, that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my name or card be immediately cancelled, and that written confirmation be provided that there will be no further charges in the future.
