Sketch of Your Soulmate Unauthorized Cash App Charge

I am writing regarding a subscription charge for the “Sketch of your soulmate” service, which I believe was taken from my account unfairly. When I signed up, I thought the service would cost only $0.50 and I also believed that I had cancelled the subscription. Despite this, on April 19th, 2026, an amount of $29.99 was taken from my Cash App card. This was all the money I had on that card at the time. In addition, I never received any sketch or any service in return for this payment. I request that the $29.99 charged on April 19th, 2026 be fully refunded to my Cash App card and that any active subscription related to “Sketch of your soulmate” be cancelled immediately. I kindly ask you to review this situation as I did not knowingly agree to this charge and did not receive the promised service.
