I made a purchase through the Guess online shop on March 14, but I haven't heard anything about my order. I called customer service, but we couldn't understand each other because I don't speak English very well. I also sent an email, but I didn't hear anything back. I can't even find out where my order is by tracking it. A world-famous brand that doesn't have a Turkish customer representative for its Turkish customers is a big problem. Please get in touch with me about this matter. Melek A** is my name, and I'm a member of the Guess website. But I don't even know how I could expect to hear back. I'm regretful I bought from this store. The items aren't cheap, but the whole thing was a letdown.
