Hello, Guess. I ordered a bag from your EU website, and although it’s been 15 days, there has been no progress in the shipping status. The tracking information still only indicates that it will be sent to Turkey, but it never updates beyond that. Seeing similar complaints from other customers makes me concerned about whether my order will arrive at all. Guess, please address this delay and provide me with an update on my order’s status as soon as possible. I expect prompt action to ensure my order reaches me without further issues.
