I purchased a flight ticket through Gotogate.com, but the flight was canceled due to operational reasons. As a result, I couldn’t board the plane. Despite this, Gotogate refuses to process my refund, claiming that the airline reported the flight was not canceled—only rescheduled. This is completely false.
I have solid proof that the flight was indeed canceled. I possess screenshots of the flight status screen, email notifications, and all relevant details confirming that the flight did not operate. Still, Gotogate insists on hiding behind the airline's claim and continues to delay my rightful refund.
This situation is extremely frustrating. I did not receive the service I paid for, and yet I’m being forced to fight for a refund that is clearly justified. I expect Gotogate to take accountability, stop shifting blame, and refund my money immediately. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a travel agency and completely erodes customer trust.
