Gotogate Did Not Refund Me After My Flight Was Canceled by Airline

3I requested a refund from Gotogate on June 27, 2025, after my flight was canceled due to a schedule change by the airline. It’s been over a month, and I have received no refund and no proper update. I have contacted their customer support multiple times with no resolution. This is unacceptable, and I will take legal action and file a chargeback if this issue is not resolved immediately. I do not recommend using Gotogate under any circumstances. Very poor service and no accountability.
