GeForce Now Ultimate FPS Drops And Connection Issues After Subscription

I purchased a 12-month GeForce Now Ultimate plan on my Windows PC on 28.11.2025, but from the first day I have not received the promised features. Although the Ultimate plan is advertised as offering high performance, I constantly experience FPS drops from 240 FPS, stuttering, and serious connection issues, making it impossible to use the service efficiently. I contacted GeForce Now support about these problems, but I did not receive any real help or effective solution, and my issue was not taken seriously. Because of this, I feel that I did not get the service I paid for and that the Ultimate plan does not deliver what is promised in practice. Since I cannot benefit from the 12-month Ultimate subscription as advertised due to ongoing performance and connection problems, I request a full refund for this plan.
