On 22.11.2025, I purchased a 6-month GeForce Now subscription. I paid for it by credit card in 6 installments, totaling $73. However, due to internet connection issues and severe image quality degradation, I am unable to benefit from the service. When I launch a game, the visuals become extremely blurry, nothing is distinguishable, and the game becomes unplayable.
In addition, I am using the service on an iPad, and since mouse support is not available, my gaming experience is further negatively affected and I cannot play comfortably.
Because of these issues, I have not been able to actually use the subscription I purchased. For this reason, I request that my current 6-month subscription be canceled and the full subscription fee refunded.
I kindly ask that the necessary investigation and actions be carried out as soon as possible.
