Repeated Microsoft Game Pass Core Purchases, Delayed Refund
On October 14, 2023, I accidentally bought Game Pass Core for three months on four separate occasions. I promptly canceled the subscriptions, as my intention was to acquire Game Pass Ultimate instead.
I've reached out to Microsoft customer service several times in an attempt to get a refund for the subscriptions that are overlapping. Nevertheless, even though I have provided them with all the required documentation, including receipts, I have not received any response or refund so far.
I am very irritated and inconvenienced by this situation. I have paid for a full year of Game Pass Core, even though I've only used it for the initial three months.
I kindly ask for prompt attention to address this matter and proceed with my refund. I eagerly anticipate a swift and pleasing resolution.
