Garnier Two-Phase Makeup Remover Caused Allergy

Just picked up the Garnier two-phase makeup remover and gave it a whirl last night. So, this morning I woke up with these super annoying swollen and itchy eyes. Ugh, the struggle is real. I really don't feel like going to the doctor because it looks so bad. Does anyone know if Gratis accepts returns if the product has been used? I'm not sure about their policy. Can someone please assist me?
