Nivea Makeup Remover from Gratis Caused Severe Irritation

I purchased Nivea makeup remover from Gratis, and I deeply regret it. After using the product, my eyes and face became extremely itchy, and redness developed around my eyes. The irritation is unbearable. I plan to return the product and hope the responsible parties will address this issue.
