After using the Neutrogena Refreshing Facial Cleanser a few times, I experienced severe dryness on my skin and irritation, especially under my eyes. The discomfort became so intense that I could barely sleep. I purchased the product from Gratis in June, and there was no visible issue with the packaging or ingredients. So far, I haven’t contacted Neutrogena customer service or the store about it.
My main reason for sharing this is to warn others who might consider buying this product. I want people to be aware of the negative experience I had so they don’t go through the same issue.
