I Face Severe Eye Irritation from L'Oréal Panorama Mascara After First Use

I recently purchased L’Oréal Panorama Mascara from a Gratis store, and from the very first use, I experienced serious allergic reactions. My eyes began to sting, burn, and feel extremely irritated, forcing me to take antihistamines just to relieve the discomfort.

I’ve used other mascaras before, even during the same period, and had no issues whatsoever. This reaction was clearly caused by the L’Oréal product. It’s incredibly disappointing that a brand as well-known as L’Oréal would sell a mascara that causes such a strong reaction on first use — especially when applied around such a sensitive area as the eyes.

I have proof of purchase via my bank receipt, and I no longer feel safe using this product. I want to switch to a different brand and am requesting either a full refund or an exchange for another product.

L’Oréal must take consumer safety seriously. I expect prompt assistance to resolve this issue and ensure that no one else has to go through the same reaction I did.
