Fruugo Sent the Wrong Haylou T15 Earbuds—No Support for Return or Exchange

I ordered Haylou Bluetooth Earphone T15 TWS Black from Fruugo, but they sent me the wrong product! Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still haven’t been able to arrange a return or exchange.

The retailer completely ignores my complaints, and Fruugo’s customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or take responsibility for their mistakes. This is completely unacceptable—I paid for a specific product and expect to receive exactly what I ordered.

Fruugo needs to step up and resolve this immediately by either sending me the correct earbuds or issuing a full refund. Has anyone else had this issue? Avoid this unreliable platform!
