Fruugo Order Still Not Delivered After Nearly Two Months—No Response

I placed an order on Fruugo on December 2, 2024, and as of January 23, 2025, my package has still not arrived. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have received no update or response from their customer service.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is disappointing. No one provides clear answers, and I am left waiting indefinitely for a product I already paid for.
I will never shop on Fruugo again. Fruugo, I demand an immediate update or a full refund! Has anyone else experienced such delays? This is unacceptable!
