Fruugo Order Never Arrived—No Refund, No Support

I placed an order on Fruugo, but after one month, there has been no update, no shipping progress, and no delivery. The item is completely stuck, and despite contacting customer support multiple times, they only respond with generic messages like "Please wait, we are handling it."

Meanwhile, there is no real resolution, and they haven't even processed a refund. I have no idea what else to do or how to get my money back. This level of service is unacceptable for an online retailer.

Fruugo, either send my order immediately or issue a full refund! Others, beware—this platform may take your money and leave you waiting indefinitely!
