Fruugo sent me a different product — how can I start a return?

If Fruugo sent you a different product and you want to start a return:

• Gather evidence: order number, photos of the item received, the shipping label, and the description of the product you purchased
• Take comparison photos (screenshot of the product listing vs. what you received)
• Do not use the product more than necessary; keep the packaging and accessories
• Note the delivery date and the condition of the package upon arrival

Ask them to:

• Confirm in writing that the item is incorrect and authorize a return or replacement
• Provide the exact process: RMA/ticket number, return address, and deadlines
• Confirm whether they will send a prepaid label or arrange pickup
• Process a replacement or refund and specify the exact timeframe
• Assign a case number and keep the case open until fully resolved

If the issue persists:

• Follow up with evidence and request escalation for “item not as described”
• If you paid by card, consider filing a dispute for “item significantly not as described” if they refuse the return
• Keep a chronological record of all communication
