Fruugo Order Lost – No Tracking or Delivery Details Provided

I purchased a product from Fruugo on December 5, 2024, and followed the tracking updates carefully. After 25 days, the package cleared customs and was marked as shipped. Shortly after, the tracking system stated "delivered", yet I never received the package.
There is no record of who received it, and no shipping company information is listed. I contacted Fruugo's support team, and their only response was that the package was "delivered", offering no real explanation or resolution. I am still waiting for a proper answer, but Fruugo refuses to take responsibility.
This site is not reliable, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. Fruugo, where is my package? I demand an immediate refund or reshipment! Has anyone else experienced this issue?
