FedEx Is Holding My Package in Istanbul Without Clear Payment Info or Updates

FedEx has been holding my shipment in Istanbul for over two weeks, claiming that payment hasn’t been received—but here’s the problem: they never told me how much to pay or how to pay it. I haven’t received any formal instructions, no invoice, and no contact explaining what’s required to release the package.

To make matters worse, this shipment contains medical gloves urgently needed by a paralyzed patient, and every day of delay is causing more stress and hardship for our family. I even submitted proof of purchase from the online store via email, exactly as requested, yet the package remains stuck, and FedEx has gone completely silent.

This is beyond frustrating—it’s irresponsible. We’ve done everything asked, and still no one from FedEx provides updates, support, or a resolution. For a company of this size, this level of mismanagement and lack of communication is shocking.
