FedEx Package Stuck in Istanbul Customs for 6 Months Without Any Response
A package sent to my university from abroad has been sitting in Istanbul customs for 6 months. FedEx has made no attempt to contact me during this time. Despite my numerous calls, messages, and forms submitted through their website, I’ve received no response. I’ve completely lost faith in FedEx and will never use their services again. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with FedEx at the state university where I work, and now no one here is willing to rely on them. FedEx has been nothing but a disappointment, and I want this issue resolved immediately.
