FedEx Never Sends My Cargo Despite My Extra Payment

I had a shipment with FedEx in Turkey, but they've been holding onto it, demanding customs tax. I paid the tax as instructed, and they assured me they would send my package within 3 days. However, it's been much longer, and I still haven't received my cargo. To make matters worse, they aren't responding to my calls or messages. I've been trying to get information about my shipment using tracking number 780417267215, but it's been pending for over 2 months. This experience with FedEx in Turkey has been incredibly frustrating. I did my part by paying the customs tax promptly, but they haven't held up their end of the deal. My cargo remains undelivered, and I'm left in the dark.
