I Want A Full Refund!!

My name is Donardo S*** J*** and I am a GCash user with mobile number 09951464***. On October 16, 2026, at around 7:15 p.m., my GCash account was charged 699 pesos for a transaction described as “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED MERCHANDISE” without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this payment, do not recognize this merchant, and do not recall subscribing to any of their services. I contacted GCash support about this unauthorized deduction and was advised to reach out to the merchant, but I have no direct relationship or communication channel with this company, and the charge remains unresolved. I am requesting that this unauthorized 699‑peso transaction be fully refunded to my GCash account and that this merchant be blocked from making any future deductions from my account. I also ask that this incident be investigated so that similar unauthorized charges will not happen again.
