Litmatch Account Ban Not Removed After Expiry on Android

My Litmatch account on my Android device was banned today with a message saying that my account was blocked for violating community guidelines. The ban screen shows Ban ID 40822626 and it also shows that the remaining ban time is 00:00:00, but I still cannot access my account. I do not know what could have caused this ban and I am not aware of breaking any community rules. If I made a mistake without realizing it, I would like to know exactly what it was so that I can avoid it in the future. I kindly request that you review my account and Ban ID 40822626, lift the block if possible, or at least clearly explain the reason for this ban. I would like to continue using Litmatch in line with the rules.
