Masteredu AI Mandate Request Issue

Today, an amount of 499 INR was deducted from my Karur Vysya Bank account with the description “Mandate Request” in the transaction record, in the name of Master Edu AI. I did not subscribe to any plan, did not register on any app or website, and did not give any consent or mandate for this payment. This amount has been taken from my account without my knowledge or permission. I request that this 499 INR be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible and that any such mandate or automatic deduction related to Master Edu AI be cancelled so that no money is taken from my account in the future without my approval. I am sharing the screenshot of the bank transaction as proof of this unauthorised deduction and request your urgent action on this issue.
