I Regret Buying the Robx R7—Battery Fails and Mop Won’t Work Properly

I’m extremely disappointed with the Robx R7. First, I encountered a major issue where the mop function stopped working entirely. I sent the device to their service center, expecting proper support, but instead, I received vague responses implying the issue wasn't covered by warranty. They sent the device back without fixing anything.

I had to pay out of pocket to replace the part just to get it working again. Fast forward only 5–6 months, and now the robot vacuum runs for just 15 minutes before shutting off abruptly, even when the battery is still showing around 60% charge. The battery has clearly become unusable, making the whole device worthless.

It’s obvious the materials used are of very poor quality, and I deeply regret trusting this brand. For a product at this price point, I expected far more reliability. Robx, I demand you take responsibility and offer a real solution—either replace the battery under warranty or issue a refund. Others, be warned before spending your money on this.
