Unban My PUBG Mobile Account

I am a PUBG Mobile Global player from India and my account with in‑game ID 51011168217 has been banned until 09/10/2036. In India, PUBG Mobile Global cannot be accessed without a VPN, so I have only been using a VPN to log in and play the game. I have never used any cheats, hacks, scripts or unauthorized programs or files in the game. One day I suddenly received a notice in the game saying that my account was banned for cheating or using unauthorized programs, but I did not receive any email or detailed explanation about this decision. I believe this ban is a mistake because the only extra tool I use is a VPN, which I need just to access the game from my country. I kindly request that you review my account 51011168217 in detail and check your logs again. Since I have not used any cheats or illegal software, I ask you to remove this unfair ban and restore full access to my account.
